We now have the membership form as a downloadable printable page.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have this on your PC you can download it free - just click on the Adobe icon and follow the instructions. Then download the Membership Form, fill it in, and send with your cheque.
PLEASE NOTE - When printing the form, after it has appeared on your screen, you must click on the printer icon on the top of the Form window - if you use the Browser print button you will get a blank page!
